Insurance

Howell Physical Therapy accepts most insurance and is in-network with most Idaho medical networks. We strive to do everything possible to give you the care you need.

If you do not have insurance - No Problem! Any other insurance situations - No Problem! We have plenty of options:

• We have reasonable out-of-pocket payment plans starting at $50.00/month.
• We have a full private pay option with a flat rate per visit.
• We can spread out your co-pays.
• We will soon have the ability to accept payment via Paypal.
• We accept Mastercard and VISA.

All patients will receive information and a handout, usually at your first visit, that have information about your payment options. We will work with you to make sure you are aware of all the options that you have for payment.
